Natural Anaerobic Process: This blends unites one half natural anaerobic process, and one half natural process. The anaerobic process uses a meticulous fermentation process that enhances its flavor complexity. Sealed in an oxygen-free environment, the beans ferment naturally, absorbing the surrounding aromas and flavors, resulting in a cup of coffee that is truly one-of-a-kind.

Introducing 'Magnolia Blend,' a coffee inspired by my daughter, Magnolia. Not just a beverage; this is an experience in your mouth—complex, balanced, and robust, delivering a burst of fruit punch and soft floral notes as it cools. Much like the vibrant personality of my daughter 😉

In 2022, I embarked on my inaugural journey to Costa Rica for the Women Powered Coffee Summit, forging connections with the two incredible farmers featured in this blend: Mayra Solis and Seilyne Jimenez. During my visit, I spent a memorable day in Mayra's home, creating a deeper understanding of her family business, inspired by the passion and drive instilled in her daughters to continue the coffee legacy.

I am truly honored to present this coffee to you, connecting you with the stories, culture, and dedication of these skillful coffee producers in Costa Rica.
